We also need to come up with a twist for the game. The boys vs girls will 99.5% send us BACK TO TC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Trust me on this!!! It is NOT original!!!!
Right from the criteria:
Concept - 10 points
-Is there a theme or twist?
-Is the theme or twist something fresh or something overused?
-Would YOU want to play in this game?
Boys vs. girls is OVERUSED!!!! We need to come up with something else ASAP!!!

I think what they're getting at is that boys vs girls is not the twist but just how to set up tribes.
The only twist I could think of was that at each tribal council there isn't a set number of contestants that could go home. A number of 1 2 or 3 could go home for the first so many rounds. The number could be picked at random through random.org. That's all I've got.
